Women who wee on the loo seat… and then leave it there

Who are these women, who pee all over the loo seat while hovering, and then leave it for the rest of us trusting women to sit on? Why should I have to go back to my evening/carry on with my day/get on a plane with the wee of a stranger on my being? Completely unacceptable and thoroughly unhygienic. Clean up after yourselves ladies, please.
